the relationship of opposites is not only expressed through common discourse, but also as "war", another aspect of harmony, a cosmic constant governing opposites and constantly producing new balances through conflict. this dialectical or material war is upon us at the moment when the dying throb of the old, tearing itself apart, will disappear and give way to the new. there is no sign, positive or negative, of this change, only entropy. on the scourged ridges of a world that is constantly dying and being reborn, the ontological drama of life is played out. body in earlier and later capitalism was used very specifically, in contrast to its use up to now through the centuries. from the production line, in the camps of the nazi regime, in prisons, etc., it was scientific, but at the same time, it was used emblematically in every demand, but also in every creative intersection, embankment to barbarism. body is at issue in this cosmic process, war as described by heraclitus, whether it has an identity or is a statistic. this piece is a commentary on the process of industrial/mass production used as an example of economic and socio-political process.
