according to antonin artaud, "only for westerners the perception of the body can be tragic, since they lose something that belongs to them and on which they project the whole of their existence". with contemporary terms, a condition, where the voluntary loss of the exclusivity of the image of our body takes place. the body is then automatically divided into its physical and digital "copy" and the condition itself, includes the same ontological existence as the one of the recorded subject, since physical and digital counterparts cannot be trully separated. Our bodies are voluntarily blurred in this process of digitization. as blurred as the form of our self-exposure to the digital universe. with "matereality" we are investigating or at least observing, these subjective experiences.

is there really any loss of body exclusivity, in the current era of overexposured bodies in the public sphere? how do digital recordings sustain the body ontologically, in a time-indestructible state? how important is this for the function of memory? how can existence continue autonomously in a digital-

only condition and how this determines a process of acceptaning the loss of the materiality of the body? the conclusion (if any) is a possible answer to the above question. the interaction lies (and it is activated) by gazing at bodies encased voluntary in a digital image state and by extension, analyzing the feedback between the bodies and the physical and virtual "copy".
